Turtle Beach Inn, Sand Dollar Cottage & Turtle Tower Units

  • Inn rooms have a 2 night minimum stay; 3 night minimum stay required for holidays.
  • Sand Dollar Cottage has a 3 night minimum year around. Turtle Tower Units have a 3 night minimum during Spring and Summer and a 2 night minimum during Fall and Winter. On holiday weekends there is a 3 night stay on all units.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy (where available extra person is $25 per night per person)
  • Breakfast for those staying at the Inn is served from 7:30 to 10:00am in the lobby.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accept pets
  • Turtle Beach Inn guests: kayaks (used at your own risk) are provided at no charge, based on availability
  • Adults (21 years & over) are welcome to stay at the Main Inn Building. Families of all ages are welcome to stay in the Sand Dollar Cottage & Turtle Tower Units.
  • Sand Dollar & Turtle Tower Units are fully self-contained (full kitchen, washer/dryer) - daily breakfast and housekeeping services are not available for these buildings.
  • Please note only registered guests at the Turtle Beach Inn are permitted to use the common area decks, hot tub and beach lounge chairs. Your reservation confirmation notes the maximum number of occupants allowed in each unit or on the property.
  • Reservations and Cancellation Policy: Reservations are held with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. Inn Rooms: To incur no charge, inn rooms must be canceled one week before scheduled arrival date (2 weeks for Holidays). Sand Dollar & Turtle Tower Units: To incur no charge the Sand Dollar cottage and the Turtle Tower units must be canceled one month before scheduled arrival date.
  • WE ARE A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. In consideration of other guests, smoking is only allowed in outside areas away from buildings


Indian Pass Vacation Rentals — Hula Matula & Salty Dogs

  • Rate based on a maximum of 6-8 people and do not include tax or linen/cleaning charges
  • There is a minimum stay of one week in the Hula Matula property; 3 night minimum stay at Salty Dogs
  • Sorry we are unable to accept pets.
  • Families of all ages are welcome in our vacation rentals.
  • Our Indian Pass Vacation Rental units have fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer and linens and towels are provided. We provide initial start up paper product supplies only.
  • Bikes and beach umbrellas may be rented from a local company who will deliver upon request
  • Please note that although all guests must check in at the Turtle Beach Inn, your vacation rental is off Inn property and includes your own individual space and amenities. Your reservation confirmation notes the maximum number of occupants allowed in each unit or on the property. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
  • Indian Pass Vacation Rentals Reservations and Cancellation Policy: Rentals require a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card to confirm. Rates do not include 12% bed and sales tax and linen/cleaning charges ($150-$250, depending on rental). Reservations must be canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date to receive no penalty. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, there is NO refund unless we are able to re-book the property.
