GEORGIA PEACH

 

Back by popular demand, GEORGIA PEACH is once again available as a vacation rental.  This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom Gulf view home is conveniently located in the Indian Summer subdivision right next to the Turtle Beach Inn.  This vacation rental features an easy beach access right across the oyster shell road and great Gulf views from both porches, master bedroom and greatroom.  With two queen beds and two single twin beds, this home comfortably sleeps 6 people.  The top floor of Georgia Peach features an open greatroom / living and dining area with a fully equipped kitched, large porch, and a bathroom.  The greatroom area is equipped with a large screen TV, DVD player and CD player/stereo for your use.  The lower level consists of the master bedroom, master bathroom, private porch, and two guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.  Renters also have access to the neighborhood Gulf front pool with bathrooms, an outdoor shower and a boardwalk to the beach (this is also steps away from the front door, right across the oyster shell road).

    The master bedroom with a queen bed has its own private porch and full bathroom.  The other two guest bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds and share a full bathroom on the first level of Georgia Peach.

  

     The Indian Summer neighborhood Gulf front pool and our beautiful unspoiled beaches are only steps away from the Georgia Peach vacation rental beach house.

Georgia Peach rents for $1850 per week or for $295 per night with a three night minimum.  All guests must check in at the Turtle Beach Inn, which is located right next to the Indian Summer subdivision and Georgia Peach. 

  • Check-in time:  3:00 to 6:00 PM (Eastern)  early or late check-ins may be accommodated with advance notice
  • Check-out time:  10:00 AM (Eastern)
  • Non-smoking rental home
  • No pets
  • $20/night charge for each additional person over 6 people
  • Quiet and respectful neighborhood, no pool use after dark, no fireworks, no large parties or unaccompanied teenagers.
  • VISA, MasterCard, or Discover accepted
  • Rates do not include 11% bed and sales tax

SALTY DOGS

       

Gulf front luxury, the vacation home SALTY DOGS features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on beautiful Indian Pass beach.  Located near the end of Indian Pass peninsula, this Gulf front home is comfortably equipped with everything you could possibly want for your vacation on the Forgotten Coast.  SALTY DOGS is located right on the beach directly across from St. Vincent Island, the federal wildlife preserve - Beautiful views from the large living room and dining area on the first level, while the second floor features a private deck with elevated views from the master suite.  This vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with 1 king bed in the master suite, 1 queen bed in the upstairs guest room, and 2 single beds in the downstairs guest room.  All bedrooms have their own private bath, with the master bathroom featuring a double vanity, jetted tub and seperate shower.  SALTY DOGS' amenities include a washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with DVD player, an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, picnic table and large smoker/charcoal grill.  The Indian Pass public boat ramp is conveniently located less than 100 yards from the driveway to this house for fisherman and boaters to enjoy easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, Apalachicola Bay and Indian Lagoon.

   

The first floor of SALTY DOGS features a very comfortable living area with plenty of comfotable seating to enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf and St. Vincent Island.  The dining area is located in the same open space right off the fully equipped kitchen, also appreciating the setting and views.  This open area has sliding glass doors leading to the large porch, stairs and private path to Indian Pass beach. 

 

     

Also located on the first level are a guest bedroom with 2 single beds, a full bathroom, a laundry room and an open deck and porch. 

 

                  

One the second level of SALTY DOGS, the master bedroom features panoramic Gulf front and St. Vincent Island views, a master bathroom with jetted tub, dual vanities and seperate shower, along with a private porch.

 

     

Also located on the second level is a seperate guest bedroom with a full bathroom attached.  The second photo above shows the outstanding view of beautiful, unspoiled Indian Pass beach from the master bedroom porch.

 Call or email us with your shopping list a week in advance and we will have your groceries waiting for you before you check-in. $20.00 delivery fee + 20% of the grocery bill. All shopping done at the local Piggly Wiggly.
